Meet Amber

Amber places a high value on creating a therapeutic relationship that helps to empower her clients to heal,
overcome tough challenges, and embark on change.

Through an emotion-focused lens, she creates space
to explore, reflect, and process feelings, behaviors, thought patterns, and attachment styles. She wishes to
help individuals improve their quality of life by teaching them effective ways to deal with the stress of the
past and present, helping them create a better tomorrow.

She places importance on bringing the mind,
body and soul into balance, as well as believes in the power of mindfulness and being intentional in the
moment.

She has a passion for psychoeducation and formerly worked as an adjunct professor of
Anatomy and Physiology, where she grew a passion for studying the brain and nervous system.

Amber sees clients of all demographics and diagnoses, with a specialty in trauma and anxiety. She is EMDR
trained and does individual, couples, family therapy.
